Calstock Steamboat Rally
Following the success of the first Calstock Steamboat Rally in 2018, the Tamar Crew are inviting you to join the 2019 rally, which will be held on the weekend of the 27th & 28th July.
Launching from the beautiful riverside village of Calstock, in Cornwall, we will be exploring the wonderful, unspoilt River Tamar.
The first rally proved to be such a success with 10 steamboats attending that we’ve been asked to make it an annual event.
Heritage Weekend
It wasn’t just the steamboaters, who had a fantastic time, but also the locals. To coincide with our rally there’s going to be a “Calstock Heritage Weekend”. This will include a Sea Shanty Festival, Morris Dancing, Classic Boats, Classic Cars, an archaeological exhibition, and probably a steam traction engine or two.
