Our rooms have King sized beds and en-suite bathrooms with showers.
Due to costs we can only offer a minimum 3 night stay, and Christmas, when we have a 4 night minimum with no arrivals on Christmas Day please!
As I am sure you are aware, sadly, due to continuing huge council tax increases, electricity and heating fuel price hikes and other knock-on increases in costs we have had to increase our nightly rental charge.
King double £140.00 per night, including breakfast and £130.00 for single occupation.
Easter £140.00 Christmas £145.00 per night.
Arrival time is between 3pm and 6pm and strictly by appointment
Deposit and Cancellation
Your booking is secured with a 50% deposit at the time of booking by BACS or credit/debit card, over the phone, which is non-refundable. The balance is payable during your stay.
If you cancel your reservation later than 14 days before your date of arrival or do not arrive (no-show), 100% of the booking fee will be charged.

Stay with us for 4 or more nights to receive a 5% discount on your whole stay. Quote 5% off 4 or more. This can only be arranged by contacting us directly.
